Sausage and Milk Gravy Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 2 to 3 patties of pork sausage
- 2 Tbsp sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 to 3 cups whole milk
- 6 to 8 of the best, fluffiest biscuits you can get your hands on. (Out of the can is fine, but homemade is better.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fry sausage until it is light brown and crumble it in the pan. Use a spoon or spatula to scrape up the drippings in the pan's bottom.
- Sprinkle the flour lightly over the meat. Pour in the milk and turn up the heat to medium-high. Stir the pan slowly but continuously for 3 to 4 minutes, until gravy begins to thicken.
- Split biscuits in two on a plate and pour the gravy over the biscuits. Lap it up.
