    Sausage and Milk Gravy Biscuits

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 to 3 patties of pork sausage
    • 2 Tbsp sifted all-purpose flour
    • 2 to 3 cups whole milk
    • 6 to 8 of the best, fluffiest biscuits you can get your hands on. (Out of the can is fine, but homemade is better.)
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Fry sausage until it is light brown and crumble it in the pan. Use a spoon or spatula to scrape up the drippings in the pan's bottom.

    2. Sprinkle the flour lightly over the meat. Pour in the milk and turn up the heat to medium-high. Stir the pan slowly but continuously for 3 to 4 minutes, until gravy begins to thicken.

    3. Split biscuits in two on a plate and pour the gravy over the biscuits. Lap it up.
