    Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese and Chives

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 large eggs
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives
    • 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
    • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into bits, softened
    • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
    • Garnish: 1 Tbsp minced fresh chives


    Instructions


    1. Whisk together eggs, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then stir in cream cheese.

    2. Melt butter in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over moderate heat. Add egg mixture and cook, stirring, just until cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Serve eggs sprinkled with chives.

      Serves 4
