Skier's Sausage

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. link sausage
- 6 medium baking apples, pared and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Brown the sausage and cut each link in half. Drain thoroughly.
- Butter a 1-1/2-quart casserole. Combine apples and sausage links and put in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, lemon juice and brown sugar.
- Cover casserole, and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
