List of Ingredients



• 1 lb. link sausage
  
• 6 medium baking apples, pared and sliced
  
• Salt and pepper to taste
  
• 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  
• 3 Tbsp brown sugar
  






Instructions



1. Brown the sausage and cut each link in half. Drain thoroughly.
   
   
2. Butter a 1-1/2-quart casserole. Combine apples and sausage links and put in casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, lemon juice and brown sugar.
   
   
3. Cover casserole, and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 45 minutes.
   
   Makes 6 servings.
