Smoothie Bowls

Recipe Introduction
"Ryan and I eat a smoothie bowl pretty much every single morning. I buy large bags of frozen fruit and we dump it all in the blender. We have a basket labeled 'smoothies' in the cabinet that has all of our toppings so we can just pull it out and have everything in one place. I like starting my day with this antioxidant, fiber-rich punch."
