    Smoothie Bowls

    Source of Recipe

From "It's Not Complicated" by Katie Lee

    Recipe Introduction

"Ryan and I eat a smoothie bowl pretty much every single morning. I buy large bags of frozen fruit and we dump it all in the blender. We have a basket labeled 'smoothies' in the cabinet that has all of our toppings so we can just pull it out and have everything in one place. I like starting my day with this antioxidant, fiber-rich punch."

    List of Ingredients

â—¦ ½ cup frozen chopped pineapple
â—¦ ½ cup frozen chopped mango
    â—¦ ½ cup frozen blueberries
    â—¦ ½ cup frozen strawberries
    â—¦ 2 bananas
â—¦ ½ cup almond or soy milk, or desired milk
    â—¦ ¼ cup orange juice
â—¦ Toppings: sliced banana, granola, chia seeds, goji berries, peanut butter, and bee pollen

    Recipe

Put the pineapple, mango, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, milk, and orange juice in a blender. Start on low, then move to high speed and blend until totally puréed.
