Strawberry-Vanilla Smoothies

"We all have those days when we're on the go from the minute we wake up in the morning to falling into bed at the end of the day. On those days, I still need a quick, satisfying breakfast or mid-afternoon pick-me-up that's creamy, tasty, and soothing. Smoothies to the rescue! My favorite combines strawberries and strawberry yogurt with a heaping scoop of protein powder to keep me going. A smoothie really fills me up so I'm not so tempted by unhealthy snacks."
List of Ingredients
◦ 10 frozen strawberries
◦ 1 (6-ounce) container nonfat or low-fat strawberry yogurt
◦ 1 cup 2% milk
◦ 6 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
◦ 1 tablespoon agave nectar
Recipe
Put the strawberries, yogurt, milk, protein powder, and agave in a blender. Blend on high until the drink is smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
Divide the smoothie between two tall glasses.
