Strawberry Breakfast Spread

List of Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, strawberries, and powdered sugar until well blended.
- Cover the container and allow the spread to chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the spread from the refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve with hot biscuits, warm bagels, breakfast rolls, or scones.
Makes enough spread for 8 to 10 biscuits
