Syrup: Sunday Morning Blackberry Syrup

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups blackberries
- 1¼ cups sugar
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Place the berries in a blender and process until smooth. Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a medium saucepan. Discard the solids.
- Add the sugar, corn syrup, and cornstarch and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute.
Cool to room temperature and serve.
