List of Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Allow it to melt and bubble, but not brown.
- Add the egg mixture, whisking gently into the butter. Allow the eggs to almost set, and then whisk again, and cook to the desired degree of doneness. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings.
