â—¦ 1 ½ cups maple syrup
â—¦ 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
â—¦ ½ cup pecans, toasted and chopped
â—¦ ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
â—¦ Pinch salt


Recipe

Simmer all ingredients in small saucepan over medium-low heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

Makes about 2 cups
