Gaga's (Double-Iced) Brownies

- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup margarine
- 4 ounces baking chocolate, melted
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of nuts (optional)

- -- Vanilla Icing --
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- .
- -- Chocolate Icing --
- 2 ounces baking chocolate, melted slowly
- 2 Tbsp margarine, melted slowly
Instructions
- Make brownies: Beat eggs and sugar together with electric mixer until thick. Add margarine and chocolate and continue mixing until well-incorporated. In separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and nuts (if using). Gradually add flour mixture to chocolate mixture, mixing just until incorporated.
- Bake at 350 degrees (F) in a greased 9x13-inch pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
- Prepare vanilla icing: Mix together powdered sugar, margarine and vanilla extract.
- Prepare chocolate icing: Mix together chocolate and margarine.
- Ice brownies first with the vanilla icing, then with the chocolate icing.
