- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate
- 5 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2/3 cup flour, sifted

- Spoon the batter into a lightly buttered and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the edges crack and the wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Remove the brownies to the wire rack to cool completely.
