    Burgers a la Francaise

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. lean ground pork
    • 2 Tbsp red wine
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • Brie cheese
    • French bread


    Instructions


    1. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground pork, red wine, garlic and pepper. Add salt to taste.

    2. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals for about 5 minutes on each side. Before removing from grill, add a wedge of Brie to each burger. Close grill hood; let cheese melt about 1 minute.

    3. Serve burgers open-faced on grilled French bread.

      Serves 4
