    • 8 Tbsp softened butter
    • ½ cup honey
    • 2 tsp orange zest


    Instructions


    1. Blend together the butter, honey and orange zest.
      After mixing, roll in parchment paper to form a log. Refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
