Butter: Vanilla Bean Honey Butter
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
"There's nothing better on a hot, freshly baked scone or muffin than a dab of butter. But when you combine the sweet flavors of vanilla and honey with it, ooh ... that's some next-level stuff, right there. Lush, creamy European-style butter turns this simple spread into a luxurious treat. I like to use vanilla bean paste for convenience, but if you happen to get your hands on a specialty honey with vibrant fruity or floral notes, a scraped Tahitian bean is a wonderful accompaniment."
List of Ingredients
â—¦ 4 ounces European-style butter (such as Plugrá), at room temperature
â—¦ 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
â—¦ 2 tablespoons honey
â—¦ â…› teaspoon salt
Recipe
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides of bowl often.
