    Butter: Craig's Voodoo Butter

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
    • 3 canned chipotle chiles, finely chopped
    • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    • Grated rind from 1 orange
    • Juice from 1/2 orange
    • Salt to taste


    Instructions


    1. Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well with an electric mixer. Lay butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form into a "log." Roll up in plastic and place in freezer until ready to use. This butter can be used for just about anything.

      Makes 1 cup.
