Butter: Craig's Voodoo Butter

List of Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 canned chipotle chiles, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Grated rind from 1 orange
- Juice from 1/2 orange
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well with an electric mixer. Lay butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and form into a "log." Roll up in plastic and place in freezer until ready to use. This butter can be used for just about anything.
Makes 1 cup.
