• 1/2 cup (1 stick) well-chilled unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
  
• 1/4 cup honey
  
• 1/3 cup pecans
  






Instructions



1. Blend butter, honey, and pecans in food processor until smooth.
   
   Serve at room temperature with waffles, pancakes, or muffins. (May be made up to 1 week in advance if covered and refrigerated.)
   
   Makes 1 cup.
