    Butter: Maitre d'Hotel Butter

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • Salt and pepper
    • 3 Tbsp chopped parsley
    • 2 Tbsp lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Blend the salt and pepper, parsley and lemon juice into the softened butter. Place in a small butter crock and cover and chill. This butter can also be shaped into a roll and wrapped.

      When chilled, slice into rounds.
