• 1/2 cup sweet cream butter, softened
  
• 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
  
• 1 tsp grated orange peel
  






Instructions



1. In a small mixer bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar, and orange peel. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until light and fluffy -- 2 to 3 minutes.
   
   (Store orange butter in the refrigerator.)
   
   Yield: 1/2 cup
