Butter: Pine Nut Butter

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Chop half of the pine nuts.
- Combine the whole and chopped pine nuts and the remaining ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment. Remove to a small bowl. Use as desired.
(Can be made a few days ahead, wrapped in the refrigerator; or held for a few weeks in the freezer.)
