    Spread: Cream Cheese-and-Olive Pimiento Cheese

    List of Ingredients


    • ¾ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp finely grated onion
    • ¼ tsp ground red pepper
    • 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
    • 1 (5¾-ounce) jar drained sliced salad olives
    • 1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
    • 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded


    Instructions


    1. Stir together mayonnaise, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, onion, red pepper, softened cream cheese and salad olives in a large bowl; stir in shredded cheeses. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.

      Makes 4 cups.
