Spread: Cream Cheese-and-Olive Pimiento Cheese

- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp finely grated onion
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 1 (5¾-ounce) jar drained sliced salad olives
- 1 (8-ounce) block extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 (8-ounce) block sharp Cheddar cheese, finely shredded
Instructions
- Stir together mayonnaise, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce, onion, red pepper, softened cream cheese and salad olives in a large bowl; stir in shredded cheeses. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Makes 4 cups.
