    List of Ingredients


    • ½ pound Greek or French feta cheese
    • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
    • 1 Tbsp minced fresh mint (or 1 tsp crumbled dried mint)
    • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes, plus more as needed
    • 6 Italian peperoncini peppers, chopped, plus more as needed


    Instructions


    1. In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, mint, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes and 6 chopped peperoncini, and process until smooth. Taste and add more red pepper flakes or peperoncini, if needed. Transfer to a serving bowl.

      Serve with pita bread, radishes and cucumber spears.

      Makes 1½ cups;
      Serves 4
