"This is a handy blend of herbs and spices that can easily be doubled or tripled. It's great for turkey and chicken cutlets or to give some kick to pot roast. This will keep in an airtight resealable container for about 6 months."

    List of Ingredients

â—¦ 2 tablespoons freshly ground white pepper
â—¦ 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper, or to taste
â—¦ 1 tablespoon coarse kosher salt
    â—¦ 1 tablespoon dried thyme
â—¦ 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
    â—¦ 2 teaspoons paprika
    â—¦ 1 teaspoon dried sage
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon onion powder
    â—¦ ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    Recipe

Combine all the ingredients in a small airtight container or Mason jar. Shake to combine.

Store in a cool, dry place for up to three months.
