List of Ingredients



• 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  
• 1 (8-ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
  
• 1 (8-ounce) pkg. pecans, chopped
  
• 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding mix
  
• 1/2 box unsweetened German chocolate, grated
  
• 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
  
• 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  
• 1/2 cup milk
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 stick unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  
• .
  
• -- Frosting --
  
• 1 (8-ounce) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  
• 1 box confectioners' sugar
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• Chopped pecans
  
• Flaked coconut
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all cake ingredients with the cake mix. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for one hour.
   
   
2. When the cake is cool, make the frosting: cream together the cream cheese and sugar; add vanilla.
   
   
3. Frost the cake and sprinkle the top of the cake with chopped pecans and coconut flakes.
   
   Makes 12 servings.
