- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). Grease a loaf pan (any shape you want).
- Stir the topping ingredients together until smooth; set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the sugar, milk, butter, and egg until smooth. In a separate bowl, toss the flour with the baking powder and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the wet ingredients; then fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.
- Transfer batter to the greased pan and sprinkle with the topping. Bake until the topping is deep golden in color and has formed a thick crust, about 50 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
