Frosting: Boiled Chocolate Frosting

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth. Immediately pour over warm to partially cooled cake.
Makes enough to frost an 8- or 9-inch cake.
