Frosting: Boiled Chocolate Frosting

List of Ingredients



• 1 cup granulated sugar
  
• 5 Tbsp butter
  
• 1/3 cup milk
  
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  






Instructions



1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
   
   
2. Remove from heat, and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth. Immediately pour over warm to partially cooled cake.
   
   Makes enough to frost an 8- or 9-inch cake.
