Frosting: Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting

- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp butter (or margarine), softened
- 1 (6-oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips (1 cup), melted and cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Milk, if needed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, sour cream, and butter; beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add chocolate and vanilla; blend at low speed until smooth. If necessary, add milk a teaspoon at a time, until frosting is of desired spreading consistency.
Store in refrigerator.
Frosts 2-layer or 13x9-inch cake.
