    Chicken in Foil

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 small red bell pepper, chopped
    • 10 mushrooms, chopped
    • 1 tsp butter or margarine
    • 4 chicken breasts, halved
    • One 8-ounce can pineapple slices
    • Garlic powder, salt, and/or pepper to taste
    • Four 16-inch squares aluminum foil


    Instructions


    1. Divide the peppers and mushrooms into 4 equal portions. Coat a small area in the center of the foil with butter or margarine.

    2. Place a portion of peppers and mushrooms on the greased area of foil. Top with a chicken breast and a pineapple slice. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    3. Fold foil securely and check for leaks. Place on coals for 10 to 15 minutes per side.

      Makes about 4 servings.
