- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 (12-ounce) can beer
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 12 all-beef hot dogs, quartered

- 6 French rolls, split
Instructions
- Mix onion, beer, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and hot dogs together. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into a wide-necked thermos bottle.
Serve on split rolls.
Makes 6 servings.
Final Comments
This is especially good for an autumn dinner, skiing supper or high-country camp-out. Can be frozen, sealed in a plastic bag and reheated at the campsite.
