    Chocolate Creme de Mints

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups milk chocolate chips (e.g., Nestles)
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 2-1/2 Tbsp mint-flavored liqueur


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate chips over hot (not boiling) water; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream. Stir in mint-flavored liqueur. Transfer to a small bowl and chill until thickened, about 30 minutes.

    2. Fill a pastry bag fitted with decorative tip; pipe 1-inch candies onto foil-lined cookie sheets.

      Chill until ready to serve.

      Yield: 12 servings
