- 1 (8-ounce) package semisweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Heat chocolate and milk in 2-quart saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts.
- Spread into greased 8- x 4-inch or 9- x 5-inch loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm; cut into squares.
Makes about 2 dozen.
