List of Ingredients



• 2 pounds vanilla-flavor candy coating, chopped
  
• 1 (24-ounce) jar dry-roasted peanuts
  
• 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  
• 1 (4-ounce) package sweet baking chocolate
  






Instructions



1. In a 3½-quart slow cooker, combine candy coating, peanuts, chocolate chips, and baking chocolate. Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 1 hour. Do not stir.
   
   
2. Turn cooker to low-heat setting. Cook for 1 hour more, stirring every 15 minutes.
   
   
3. Meanwhile, line a large baking sheet with waxed paper. Using two small spoons, drop chocolate-peanut mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Let stand overnight or until set.
   
   Makes about 60 pieces.
