    White Chocolate and Toffee Fudge

    Source of Recipe

Paula Deen's Christmas (2010 Special Issue)

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 cup sugar
    • ¾ cup butter
    • ¾ cup prepared eggnog
    • 1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate morsels
    • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow crème
    • 1 Tbsp bourbon
    • 1 cup toffee bits
    • 1½ cups miniature marshmallows

    Instructions

    1. Line a 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    2. In a heavy medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and eggnog. Bring to boil over medium-high heat; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.

    3. Remove from heat, and stir in white chocolate morsels, marshmallow crème, and bourbon until chocolate is melted. Add toffee bits and marshmallows, stirring just until combined. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Let cool for 30 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Cut into 1-inch pieces. Store, covered, in refrigerator.

      Makes about 5 dozen pieces.
