Deep-Fried Oreos

- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 to 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 20 to 30 Oreos
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Beat the eggs, then add the milk and sugar. Sift 2 cups of the flour together with the baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to the milk mixture and mix well, adding more flour until it becomes a smooth batter.
- Dip the Oreo cookies in the batter, five at a time, and add to the hot oil (350° F). Fry until golden brown.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar.
