    Deep-Fried Oreos

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 3 to 4 cups flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 20 to 30 Oreos
    • Vegetable oil, for frying
    • Powdered sugar, for dusting


    Instructions


    1. Beat the eggs, then add the milk and sugar. Sift 2 cups of the flour together with the baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture to the milk mixture and mix well, adding more flour until it becomes a smooth batter.

    2. Dip the Oreo cookies in the batter, five at a time, and add to the hot oil (350° F). Fry until golden brown.

    3. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and dust with powdered sugar.
