Chicken & Artichoke Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14-oz.) can artichokes in water, drained and chopped
- 1 (14-1/2-oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese, or your favorite cheese
- 1 small can fried onion rings
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and onion rings; put into a 2-quart casserole.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover; add cheese and onion rings, and return to oven until cheese melts.
