    Chicken & Artichoke Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (14-oz.) can artichokes in water, drained and chopped
    • 1 (14-1/2-oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/8 tsp pepper
    • 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese, or your favorite cheese
    • 1 small can fried onion rings


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and onion rings; put into a 2-quart casserole.

    2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover; add cheese and onion rings, and return to oven until cheese melts.
