Crab & Fettucine Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh crab meat
- 1 (12-oz.) pkg. garlic & parsley fettucine
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, plus additional Monterey Jack for topping
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk (or lowfat milk)
Instructions
- Boil noodles according to package directions; drain (do not rinse with cold water).
- Stir all other ingredients into the noodles; then put the noodle mixture into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top and cover dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Yield: 10 to 12 servings
