    Crab & Fettucine Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. fresh crab meat
    • 1 (12-oz.) pkg. garlic & parsley fettucine
    • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded, plus additional Monterey Jack for topping
    • 8 green onions, chopped
    • 8 ounces sour cream
    • 1/2 cup milk (or lowfat milk)


    Instructions


    1. Boil noodles according to package directions; drain (do not rinse with cold water).

    2. Stir all other ingredients into the noodles; then put the noodle mixture into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle some extra cheese on top and cover dish with aluminum foil.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

      Yield: 10 to 12 servings
