Creamy Dill New Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 12 to 16 medium new potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Wash, boil, and cut the new potatoes into bite-size chunks. When the potatoes are soft and cooled, preheat the oven to 350° F.
- In a large bowl, blend the sour cream, butter, dill, salt, and pepper and mix well. Gently fold in the potatoes.
- When all the potatoes are covered in the cream sauce, pour into a 13-by-9-inch baking dish, cover with a layer of bacon, and top with the cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
