    Creamy Pork Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 (14.5-ounce) can beef broth
    • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 3 cups cooked chopped pork loin
    • 1 (15.25-ounce) can niblet corn, drained
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 8 ounces ziti noodles, cooked
    • 1 (2.8-ounce) can French fried onions


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; set aside.

    2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, and cook 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir in pork, corn, cheese, salt and pepper, and cook until bubbly. Stir in cooked noodles.

    3. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with French fried onions. Bake 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

      Makes 4 to 6 servings.
