- 2 (10-oz.) pkgs. frozen French-cut green beans
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (10-3/4-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp diced pimiento
- 1 (3-oz.) can Durkee O & C French-fried onions, divided
Instructions
- Cook frozen beans in salted water according to package directions; drain.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine salt, milk, soup, and pepper; pour over beans. Add 1/2 can onions; pour into a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining onions and pimiento and bake for 5 more minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
