List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp bottled hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) can whole green chilies
Instructions
- In a skillet, saute the ground beef and onion. Pour off the fat. Add the salt and hot sauce.
- Blend together the milk, flour and eggs. Remove the seeds from the chilies.
- Grease a casserole dish and build layers, some chilies, then beef, then the milk mixture, then cheese. Top off with chilies and cheese. Bake in a 375-degree (F) oven for 30 minutes.
