Shrimp Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 medium green, red, yellow or orange bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 8 ounces fresh crab
- 3/4 lb. fresh salad shrimp
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup raw rice, cooked according to package directions
- Bread crumbs
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine bell pepper, onion and celery; toss to mix.
- Add crab, shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream and cooked rice; mix gently but thoroughly until all ingredients are combined thoroughly.
- Turn mixture into greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
