    Shrimp Seafood Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium green, red, yellow or orange bell pepper, finely chopped
    • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
    • 1 cup finely chopped celery
    • 8 ounces fresh crab
    • 3/4 lb. fresh salad shrimp
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pepper to taste
    • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 3/4 cup raw rice, cooked according to package directions
    • Bread crumbs


    Instructions


    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine bell pepper, onion and celery; toss to mix.

    2. Add crab, shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream and cooked rice; mix gently but thoroughly until all ingredients are combined thoroughly.

    3. Turn mixture into greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
