Plains and Simple Cherry Cheesecake

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. graham crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 stick butter (or margarine)
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 (1-lb.) cans cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham crackers, sugar, and butter in a 10x13-inch pan. Pat into place. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Use a blender to combine cream cheese, milk, and lemon juice. Pour over crust. Top with cherry pie filling and chill.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
