• 2 canned chipotle chilies (with sauce)
  
• 1 cup catsup
  






Instructions



1. Discard seeds and veins from chilies.
   
   
2. In a blender, combine 2 tablespoons of the canned chipotles' sauce, the catsup, and 1 chipotle chili; whirl until smooth. Taste and if desired, add remaining chili and whirl smooth. Use in place of regular catsup with barbecue.
   
   Makes about 1 cup.
