Dill Pesto

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups packed fresh dill leaves
- 1/2 cup packed fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp walnuts, pistachios or pine nuts
- 2 large cloves garlic, peeled and smashed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, place dill, parsley, nuts and garlic. Process until finely minced.
- Add oil and cheese and process until mixed in. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and chill.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
