    Herbed Mayonnaise

    Recipe Introduction

    "This is great for chicken or shrimp salad, or with poached salmon or chilled ahi tuna steaks."

    List of Ingredients

    ◦ 1 cup freshly made mayonnaise
    ◦ 1 tablespoon minced parsley
    ◦ 1 tablespoon minced chives
    ◦ 1 tablespoon minced tarragon
    ◦ 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    ◦ 1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
    ◦ 1 tablespoon minced hard-boiled egg (optional)

    Recipe

    Combine all the ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Chill until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.


    Makes about 1⅓ cups
