Mint Mayonnaise [for gyros]

- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1-1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine the mint leaves, cilantro, sprouts, jalapeno, and onion in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add the vinegar and mayonnaise just until blended.
Good on gyros or turkey sandwiches.
Yield: About 3/4 cup
