"We've all been there. The house is finally quiet, we settle in to binge watch TV and we crave what every warm-blooded human does: cookie dough. Your options are usually limited to eating refrigerated, store-bought dough that really isn't safe to eat raw, or making an entire batch that you vow to bake the next day (also not safe). Now, you have a third option: mix a single-serving of eggless cookie dough. The beauty of a single-serving bowl is that after you are finished, all evidence of your indulgence will be gone and no one will question 'why is there a bowl of cookie dough in the fridge?' While I prefer good old-fashioned chocolate chips, you can use any add-ins you choose: candy bar bits, nuts, butterscotch chips, or toffee."

List of Ingredients

â—¦ 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
â—¦ 1 tablespoon brown sugar
â—¦ 1 to 1 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
â—¦ 1 to 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (or other add-ins)
â—¦ 1 tablespoon water
â—¦ â…› teaspoon vanilla extract
â—¦ Pinch salt
â—¦ Pinch baking soda
â—¦ 4 tablespoons flour (more if your butter is melted)

Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
