• 1 cup butter
  
• 2/3 cup sugar
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1 cup pecans, chopped fine
  
• 1 package Hershey's Chocolate Kisses
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts; mix on low speed until well blended.
   
   
2. Chill dough for 2 hours.
   
   
3. For each cookie, use about 1 tablespoon of dough to encase one (unwrapped!) candy piece completely. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat until dough is used up.
   
   
4. Bake cookies at 350 degrees until set but not brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove, and roll cookies in powdered sugar.
