Triple Chocolate Double Nut Cookies

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla; beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg; beat well.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating at low speed until combined. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 1-1/2 inches apart onto baking sheets; press lightly to flatten. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from baking sheets; cool on wire racks.
Makes about 2 dozen.
