    • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
    • 2 Tbsp plus 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
    • 1-1/2 Tbsp light brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 425°F.

      Arrange the bacon slices on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with the maple syrup and then sprinkle both sides evenly with the sugar. Bake until browned and crisp, 20 to 22 minutes.
