    Barbecued Short Ribs

    List of Ingredients


    • 3-1/2 lbs. beef short ribs
    • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed
    • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1 cup barbecue sauce
    • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
    • 2 Tbsp cold water
    • *
    • Hot cooked noodles


    Instructions


    1. Place short ribs in slow cooker. In medium bowl, combine Dijon mustard, garlic, maple syrup, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours. Chill for several hours. Skim fat from top.

    2. Remove ribs. Heat in oven or microwave. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; add to sauce from ribs. Cook and stir in saucepan on stovetop until hot and slightly thickened. Pour over ribs.

      Serve over noodles.

      Serves 6
