Barbecued Short Ribs

- 3-1/2 lbs. beef short ribs
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cold water

- Hot cooked noodles
Instructions
- Place short ribs in slow cooker. In medium bowl, combine Dijon mustard, garlic, maple syrup, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours. Chill for several hours. Skim fat from top.
- Remove ribs. Heat in oven or microwave. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water; add to sauce from ribs. Cook and stir in saucepan on stovetop until hot and slightly thickened. Pour over ribs.
Serve over noodles.
